Welcome to HERNEST REWARDS. By joining HERNEST REWARDS, you are subject to HERNEST's Terms of Use and HERNEST's Privacy Policy (both available on our website), as well as the following additional Terms & Conditions for HERNEST REWARDS. In these terms, "you" and "your" mean the Account holder. "We", "our", and "us" mean HERNEST.

Eligibility

Customers will be required to create a HERNEST account to join HERNEST REWARDS. Customers with existing HERNEST accounts will be part of HERNEST REWARDS by default. Only one account may be associated with a single email address. You are solely responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information and updating it as needed. You may log in at any time to update your personal information.

Earning Credits

Credits will be added to the customer account after a qualifying action is done unless explicitly specified. Credits are earned as follows:

Create Account

You will receive 20 credits for creating a new account (limited to one per user).

Leave a Product Review

10 credits will be awarded for a text review. 20 credits will be awarded for a review with text and photos. Have your review selected as a featured review on our website and earn an additional 50 credits. Each submitted review must be approved for publication before credits are awarded.

Image reviews must be original and feature your purchased item(s) in your interior space.

Image reviews require at least 7 business days for approval.

HERNEST reserves the right not to publish reviews with content that is deemed irrelevant (not directly about the product), taken from HERNEST's marketing material, fake, offensive, or defamatory.

HERNEST reserves the right to remove content (images or text) from an existing published review if later found to be violating any of our review guidelines.

HERNEST's decision about submitted reviews is final.

HERNEST reserves the right to reject any review, withdraw, or amend awarded credits for any customer subsequently found to be disqualified for any reason.

By submitting a review (text and/or images), you agree to give consent for the review and its images to be used in HERNEST's marketing channels and content.

Place order

Log into your account and make eligible purchases on the HERNEST website to earn credits. "Eligible Purchases" refer to product purchases on the website, subject to exclusions and after application of any promotional discounts or credits and post-order cost adjustments. Credits are calculated based on the value of each Eligible Purchase, multiplied by the applicable Rewards rate and rounded to the nearest cent at the time of shipment (if applicable).

Credits for purchases will be added to your account within 30 days of confirming receipt of the items.
