Important Update: Delivery Policy Adjustment & Special Discount Event

For years, complimentary delivery has been our way of thanking you for choosing us. Recently, however, global delivery costs have increased significantly due to rising fuel surcharges and changes in customs regulations. Larger items, such as furniture, have been especially impacted. We’ve done our best to cover these extra costs, but continuing our current free delivery model is no longer sustainable. That’s why, starting October 30, 2025, we will introduce simple, tiered flat fees based on your chosen delivery service—with no hidden or unexpected charges. This is not a general price increase. Instead, it’s an investment in more reliable delivery and improved service for you. To thank you for your ongoing support and help make this transition as smooth as possible, we’re launching a Delivery Discount Event—offering reduced delivery rates on every service level through December 31, 2025. Standard Delivery

The Standard Delivery fee is a flat rate of $49 per order. ltems will be delivered to your front door via courier (such as UPS or FedEx) , no signature required. These items may require assembly by yourself. We will notify you as soon as the order ships. Please be sure to monitor your emails and the tracking of the package to ensure you can receive the delivery.  

Doorstep Delivery

The Doorstep Delivery fee is a flat rate of $99 per order. Items will be delivered in their original packaging and we will place them on the ground floor, lobby or first dry area (such as garage, front porch, lobby, etc.) of your home via courier (such as Ceva and Metropolitan). For apartment buildings, the items will be placed outside your unit, in the building's lobby, or at the property's office. An individual 18 years of age or older must be present to accept and sign, which acknowledges you received the items, inspected them, and found them in good condition. This service does not include assembly, setup, or removal of packing materials. To prepare for your delivery, please review our pre-delivery tips. The driver will contact you prior to the delivery to confirm the time that works best for you.

Please note that it is your responsibility to bring the furniture inside from the drop off area. You will also be responsible for furniture assembly, furniture set up, unboxing and removal of all packaging materials. Any damage that results from moving the furniture into the home or assembling the furniture will also be your responsibility.
